  1. When will items be processed? Please keep in mind that everything is handmade and made to order, Please allow up to 7 (excluding weekends & holidays) for processing. We make every effort to make sure things are shipped as quickly as possible.
  2. I changed my mind and no longer want the item anymore, can i cancel my order? If order hasn't been processed yet, you have 24hrs to cancel, send us an e-mail at Craftycustomkreations@gmail.com, in addition include you first & last name, phone number and reason for canceling and will review your request. If within 24 hours, you will be refunded.
  3. I received the item, but can i return it? Our refund policy is that all items are final sale. If there are any problems with your order, please contact us immediately.
  4. My item is late, what do i do? Always contact the carrier, once the item is with the carrier's it is out of our control.
  5. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Allow 24- 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Craftycustomkreations@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once it is in hands of the shipping carrier. Please make sure to double check your address and email before placing an order. If an item is lost or stolen please file a claim immediately with the shipping carrier.
